Legislative Affairs
Entrepreneurs intending to conduct business in Curacao must complete a number of steps before they can become operational:
- Establish a (limited liability) company and arrange registration in the local Chamber of Commerce & Industry via a notary office
- Obtain a business license from the Island Executive Council
- Obtain a director’s license for a non-Antillean managing director
- Obtain a work and residence permit for the managing director.
