• energy investment deduction
• arbitrary depreciation
• fiscal environmental arrangements
• the Dutch ‘Tante Agaath’ fiscal arrangement for small and mid-sized private companies that wish to extend credit in start-up companies in Curacao. Investors are exempt from capital tax and income tax.
